instructions:
1. Preheat/prepress garment
2. Use Teflon sheet/teflon pillow insert if required
3. Position die cuts and cover
4. Heat seal at setting below
5. Let cool for 30 seconds
6. Remove cover sheet
Temp: 330 F
Time: 8 seconds
